Illustration cover for Edge Journal by Institute of Leadership

Leadership blooms and fades, as captured in Edge Journal. Through vibrant and withering flowers, the cover illustration sets the tone for insights on organizational growth.

In collaboration with CPL One, a renowned agency based in Cambridge, I contributed to the creation of illustrations for Edge Journal, the quarterly magazine of The Institute of Leadership. The artwork explores the themes of growth and fade in leadership, symbolized through flowers. Vibrant, colorful flowers in full bloom dominate the upper left corner, representing flourishing leadership, while the lower left corner shows withered flowers and fruits, symbolizing challenges and fade. The dark background enhances the composition, bringing luminosity to the magazine cover.

This publication explores the complexities of leadership, featuring insights, case studies, and perspectives on how leaders overcome obstacles and seize opportunities to foster growth within organizations.

Many thanks to CPL One for the opportunity to be part of this project.
